How to delete your data

You can have your data removed from Northic at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it.
Disconnecting a single account
If you want to stop Northic accessing one connected account — your Facebook Page, Instagram profile, Google Business Profile, or an ad account — but keep using the rest of the service:
- Open your Northic account settings, find the connected account, and choose Disconnect.
- Or revoke access directly with the platform. On Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove Northic. On Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access.
When an account is disconnected, we delete the stored access credentials immediately, and remove the data we pulled from that account within 30 days.
Deleting everything
To delete your Northic account and all associated data, email hamdaammm@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject line Data deletion request.
You do not need to give a reason. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account details and any users you added
- Access credentials for every connected account
- All data pulled from your connected accounts — reviews, comments, Page details, advertising figures
- Your audit history, scores, and reports
- Any content drafted for you that has not been published
What may remain
- Content already published. If a reply was posted to your Google listing or Facebook Page, it now lives on that platform, not with us. Delete it there.
- Billing records, where we are legally required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.
- Backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis and fully cleared within 90 days.
Deleting data as an individual, not a business
If you left a review or comment on a business that uses Northic, and you want the copy we hold removed, email us at the address above with a link to the content. We will remove our copy within 30 days. We cannot delete the original from Google or Facebook — only the platform or the author can do that.
